Eating Protien Really Make Much of A Difference In Fast Hair Growth?

I always hear about how eating lots of protien speeds up hair growth. Yogurt, nuts, seeds ect. Does it really make much of a difference? I know it'll make a difference but does it make a noticable difference? If I eat lots of protien will there be a noticable difference in hair growth?Eating Protien Really Make Much of A Difference In Fast Hair Growth?
More like if you don't eat enough protein your hair will not grow at the normal rate. I don't think eating more than you need will make that much of a difference though but not getting enough can make your hair fall off.Eating Protien Really Make Much of A Difference In Fast Hair Growth?
No, of course not. If you've read any of the questions and answers here (and almost all of them are asking how to make hair grow faster), you will have learned that there is absolutely nothing that will make your hair grow faster than it is programmed to do.

Protein, and all your other food groups, are necessary for all of our body parts to grow well and stay healthy. Hair is not necessary for survival; it gets the nutrition last. If you are not well, if the resources are going to do repair work, then your hair suffers. If you are healthy, have all the nutrients you need, then your hair will do the best it can. You can't speed it up.
well, one of the major cause of hair loss is either genetics or mostly stress and/or lack of protein and iron. I would suggest you continue with your program of eating balanced diet and including a lot of protien as well. Result can be gradual but in the meantime...also try using natural remedy such as scalp treatment with lemon. Just rub it all over your scalp and it will help you a lot! Also, try using avocado mixed with olive oil and leave it for 15 min. on damp hair. Do this once a week.
If it is included on a daily basis. Protein is an important factor for the growth of bones, teeth, nail and hair.
No. It's not true.

But exercise is proven to help.
