i heard fish oil works GREAT but it leaves a fish taste in your mouth for like2 weeks a small price to pay for it it works kinda fast you can get fishoil pills or fishoil





NOTE: i would highly recommend this becuz i died my hair so much that i ruined it so i got it cut short so it oculd grow out and be back to normal but it too forever so i drank a tablespoon of fishoil 2 times a day one at morning time one at night and in about a month it had grown like 4 inchs so it works great
