there really isn't a way to make your hair grow faster.
here are a few helpful tips to keep your hair healthy:
1.after a warm shower wash hair out with freezing cold water.
2.use fish oil in your hair about 1 - 2 hours before a shower.
3. keep dying, straightening, blow drying, and curling to an at most minimum.
4.don't brush your hair when it is wet.
and there you go.
keeping your hair as healthy as possible will help grow your hair.
that way its not breaking.

wow what a question..i actually got some professional help from my doctor
1. i use johnson johnson's baby shampo on my hair because it is gentle
2. i use cheap suave conditioner
3. i cover my scalp in coconut oil once a week before i go to bed and then i wash it off in the morning.
4. i don't go to sleep with wet hair
i have been following this regime for 1.5 years know and my hair is healthier and longer and thicker then before..

well make sure you wash ur hair every week or 2 weeks depending on wat type of hair u have
keep ur hair moisturized by greasing it at least twice every week [ prevent using products with petrolatum ]
wrap your hair during the night ( keep hair looking nice and shiny and of course healthy
dont mistreat ur hair dont be mean to it be fragile use nice products nd dont pull to much dont where ur hair in a pony tail to much ..
