Ive heard corn and carrots help your hair grow faster?What things can you eat to support faster hair growth?
You need a diet rich in silica, calcium and iron. Leafy vegetables are good mineral sources. Raw oats provide silica. Dried fruit and cherry juice are rich sources of iron. Milk and small amounts of dairy products (yoghurt being the best) are rich in calcium.What things can you eat to support faster hair growth?
There's no actual scientifically proven way to make your hair grow faster. Sorry. But, there are several things you can do to let your hair grow to its potential. u cant make hair grow fast but u can make it grow healthy. here some tips i read:





Be very nice to your hair. avoid pulling, brush carefully, when wet use combs to avoid breakage. avoid dye, iron, and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. moisturize hair, preferably use conditioner or baby oil. trim split ends.


Take a daily multivitamin. improve diet. eat mostly vitamin c in citrus fruits. also high in protein, vitamin D and E foods. also iron and calcium. have a healthy diet, eat more veges and fruits.


drink plenty water. 8-10 glasses as always prescribed.


Avoid dramatic weight loss. As you shed pounds, you shed hair.


have good blood flow. exercising increases blood flow in the body therefore will increase blood flow to the scalp as well.


Relax. stress is a common cause of hair loss.


Try not to wash your hair everyday. The natural oils protect and condition your hair better than anything. it also helps to brush/comb hair before taking a bath.
Hair growth patterns and rates at any stage in a guy's life are controlled by DNA passed down from both parents. As long as a guy is eating a relatively healthy diet, there is not much that can be done in terms of diet to alter growth patterns or to cause his hair to grow faster or slower.
There's really not much you can do to make your hair grow faster but what you can do is make it grow healthier. There's a vitamin called, skin hair snails but you're not a girl so lol idk. Try the carrots
