GNC has a multi for beter hair skin and nail growth.
Here is the best kept secret that I found on a beauty forum 3 years ago.

The vitamin I use is called California Natural 'Hair' Vitamins. They are really cheap ($4.00) and can be found at Wal-Marts. Many of the Wal-Marts are discontinuing this line so I searched and found it on the web. I also use this pill with another vitamin, Biotin, which can be found anywhere for cheap (Wal-greens, Wal-Mart, etc.)

After using these two products for two weeks (I took two of the Hair pills and 1 Biotin pill), my hair grew approx. an inch! Crazy, I know, but it works. The other ladies on the forum (Black Media Forum) were bragging about how much their hair had grown since taking Hair pills.

My close girlfriend uses hair vitamins that are a little more expensive but her hair has grown thicker and longer. One is called Shen Min (Makes hair thicker) and the other are products made by Mane 'N' Tail.
