Any tricks on fast hair growth?

I want my hair to grow faster. My hair is about 2 to 3 inches past my shoulders. I want it to grow about 5 more inches. Please give me any tricks or tips you know.

Your hair will not grow any faster than it already does. Your hair growth has been preset the time you were born and will end after you die. You can't speed it up not with pills (that just make the regrowth healthier), not with trimming (myth, your hair grows from the root, not the end), or any other thing. The only thing to do is make it healthier. You can take a multi vitamin or pill like biotin. Your hair will grow at the same rate no matter what.
