hair vitamins. you might be able to find them at wal mart but you should try a drug store. there are plenty of vitamins and minerals that contribute to your hair so taking an individual supplement will be good.





i know it'll make your hair healthier and should help with the growth. but the less damaged your hair is the faster you can grow it out.
