heya, i used to use biotin for a while, it used to kinda work on my hair , but it didnt get me the results that i really wanted, so i stopped with it, i used it for about three months and my hair grew like an inch :(, i used to take 2 a day - small tablets, but then i used hair,nail %26amp; skin tablets - 3 a day, which contained biotin.


id recommend a healthy diet, with lots of protien and water %26amp;%26amp; rest,


you could also try something called mane %26amp; tail - i find it kinda gross cz its really for horses, but i know someone who uses it n they said its really good and gets fast results.
