Best supplement to take for fast hair growth?

I have very fine hair that grows about 1/4'; per month. I would like it to grow out faster. It is a (slightly above) shoulder length bob right now.





What are the best supplements to make it grow out faster? I have heard prenatal vitamins work well as well as Nettles.





Any advice?

You can use horse shampoo and conditioner. This might sound crazy but it is actually a human shampoo and conditioner that makes your hair grow really fast. It worked on me. You could probaly get it at Target or Walmart maybe even Walgreens or CVS. It can also be used on animals. But the main use is humans. TRUST me it does work. My hair grew very fast. And its hard to get my hair to grow fast.
Prenatal vitamins work well.So does biotin, gelatin and silica.


You can also get vitamins and nutrients from food such as fish, seeds and other sources of protien.
